Erin's professional and ministerial background has been both rich and diverse. She has served as an outreach minister and inner-city chaplain of Restore Hope Ministries, a pastoral counselor with Plumbline Ministries, an Elijah House prayer counselor, and co-pastor of a house church with her husband Steve.

Erin Garcia became a Board-Certified Coach with the Center for Credentialing and Education and earned the Professional Certified Coach credential in 2010 from the International Coaching Federation. Erin brings neuro-performance coaching to the forefront in a day when people want to get to the root causes and hidden blocks keeping them from the success and ultimate outcomes they desire.

She has achieved a master status with a combination Christian protocol of energy clearing utilizing Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and EMDR, which is radically accelerating results in the coaching process for her clients' lives.

Erin is a published author, with her story featured in a chapter in a compilation work called Pain, Purpose, and Passion, and her memoir, The Real Skinny on My Anorexia, released in November 2016. She is also a contributing author with other counselors from Plumbline Ministries in a book called Stickman's Prayers. She and her business partner co-authored Now What: The 7 Vs of Business Identity.

Her coaching program workbooks include Heart Based Success and Optimize Your Performance. She has two other workbooks coming in 2025, Trauma Tools and Heart Based Communication. And, she offers certification in each of these coaching programs.

All of her years of ministry now culminate into the founding of TheoRapha House, a training and healing center featuring the TheoRapha Technique and other healing modalities.
